At Shareheart, every product is created just for you, made on demand with care and quality. Because of this unique process, we don’t hold stock and each order is custom-made.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. Here’s how our return & refund policy works:
✅ Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design chosen by the customer.

Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are only processed if your item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit.

Once your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🌍 Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed or lost during shipping, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to track your package or send a replacement.
