Shareheart is a faith-driven brand that lets you share your testimony through apparel and accessories. Each item comes with a scannable QR code that connects people to your personal story or message of faith.
2. How does the QR code work?
Every product includes a QR code that links to your story, video, or message. When someone scans it with their phone, they can instantly connect with your testimony.
3. How are the products made?
Your item is created only after you place an order, ensuring less waste and better sustainability.
4. What products do you offer?
Currently, we offer apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and other customizable items. More products will be added over time.
5. How long does shipping take?
Since each order is made on-demand, processing usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shareheart products can be shipped worldwide, shipping costs and times vary by region.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because items are printed specifically for you, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
8. Can I customize my product?
Yes! You can personalize your design (where customization is enabled), and your QR code will always point to your unique story.
9. Is my QR code permanent?
Yes, once assigned, your QR code will remain connected to your story link.
